At Estro Physiques we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below before sending anything back.
Change-of-mind returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 7 days of delivery. You can choose a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with all tags attached
- Returned in their original packaging where practical
- Free from signs of wear, makeup, deodorant marks, perfume or pet hair
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned for change of mind unless faulty: underwear, and any items where the hygiene seal or liner has been removed.
How to start a return
- Email us at amanda@estro-physiques.com.au with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
- We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely and send it back to us.
Please get in touch before sending anything so we can track your return.
Return shipping
Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked or registered service, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
If an item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping (see below).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the funds.
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? Let us know when you start your return. Exchanges are subject to stock availability — if the item you want is unavailable, we’ll offer an alternative or a refund.
Sale items
Sale and discounted items aren’t eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If you believe an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us at amanda@estro-physiques.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate, and we’ll cover any return shipping costs.
These rights are not limited by the change-of-mind time frames above.
