Once you process the payment you will receive an email within 48 hours to set You will be automatically emailed a Welcome PDF outlining everything you need to know! Once inside the app you can complete your onboarding form so that we have everything we need to design your programs.
It is recommended you consult with your medical practitioner first and clear it with them before commencing. If you aren’t sure or have exercise restrictions send us an email and we can make adjustments for you! enquiries@estro-physiques.com.au
If you are pregnant or in your postpartum period, we recommend our pregnancy and postpartum coaching instead of The Challenge.
